Introduction Part of our 'short hops' range of scenarios that take 30 minutes or less, this is a scenario for the London Waterloo to Portsmouth route available on Steam. Due to the memory intensive nature of the stock provided with the route, it is recommended that you play this scenario in the 64-bit version of Train Simulator. The scenario has been successfully completed on several occasions during testing and should work for you providing Train Simulator behaves and you follow all instructions and stick to the speed limits. We do not save any scenarios during testing and therefore cannot be responsible for the scenario not working correctly on re-loading should you attempt this. Requirements London Waterloo to Portsmouth - Steam Installation If you have downloaded this pack and are already reading this, there is a good chance you have already installed the scenarios because you have already unpackaged the .rar format and revealed the .rwp. If you are still struggling, the included .rwp can be installed using the Package Manager which can be found by using "Utilities.exe" which is located in your Steam\steamapps\common\railworks directory. Alternatively, archiving programs such as WinRar or 7-Zip can open the .rwp file and the scenarios can manually be placed in your Train Simulator installation. Scenario description This morning you are in charge of a South West Trains empty stock working from Wimbledon Park Depot to Woking using an 8-car 455 EMU. Scenario briefing Starting at Wimbledon Park Depot you are currently awaiting the road out of the sidings. Once given the signal to proceed you will head to Woking where the train is then scheduled to form a service back to London Waterloo. Notes Due to your service being an empty stock working, you are not classed as a priority service and restrictive signals can be expected. That said, it is very early in the morning and traffic should be fairly quiet. Who are we?
