Boxing Simulator is a sports and simulation game developed and published by Inogames. It was released on December 9, 2025, for PC via Steam, following an Early Access period that began in December 2023. The game has not yet been released on other platforms, and current development is focused on improving features and adding content through player feedback.

In Boxing Simulator, players manage their own boxing gym, recruiting and training fighters while upgrading equipment such as boxing rings, punching bags, treadmills, and weightlifting gear. Fighters have five key stats—health, stamina, strength, speed, and block—which can be developed through customized training regimens. The game allows players to create different builds for each fighter, giving flexibility in strategy and gameplay.

Players can choose opponents strategically, balancing risk and reward by matching fighters against stronger or weaker opponents. The game also offers direct control during fights, allowing players to use jabs, hooks, and uppercuts while managing defensive strategies. Alternatively, players can act as coaches, issuing commands to their fighters to adopt offensive, defensive, cautious, or aggressive tactics in real time.

The game was promoted through Steam with trailers showcasing gym management, fighter customization, and combat mechanics. Early marketing emphasized the combination of strategy, simulation, and action, highlighting both managerial and in-ring gameplay. Developers also engaged with the community through Steam discussions and forums, encouraging feedback to refine the Early Access experience.

Boxing Simulator received a very positive reception at launch, with 89 percent of early user reviews praising its depth, customization, and engaging combat. Players highlighted the variety in training and fighting styles, as well as the ability to switch between coaching and controlling fighters directly. Forum discussions echo this sentiment, noting that while some improvements are still desired, the game has successfully captured interest among sports simulation enthusiasts.
