My Banquet Planner is developed and published by Mera Banquet Productions Inc., also referred to as MBP Inc. The game was released on September 8, 2025, in Early Access on PC. As an indie simulation/design title from a relatively small or specialized studio, it appears that the developer is handling both production and publishing, giving them full control over how the game evolves.

At present, My Banquet Planner is available only on PC in its Early Access form. There have been no confirmed ports to consoles or mobile platforms yet. The studio has laid out its plans to continue development during Early Access, with a roadmap that suggests expanded features, refined tools, and more content—such as larger asset libraries and advanced customization—might follow in future versions or updates.

Gameplay in My Banquet Planner centers around designing, customizing, and managing banquet events in a 3D immersive simulator. Players pick room layouts, decorate tables, adjust lighting, select color themes, design both indoor and outdoor venues, and generally exercise creativity in building beautiful event spaces. The game presents realistic tools meant to give creative freedom, allowing users to visualize and craft “dream settings.” Because it is still in Early Access, core functions like object selection, layout presets, color options, and lighting are in place, while more refined user-interface and expanded customization are among the planned improvements.

Since this is a brand new title under this name (or at least not known to be part of a preceding series), there are no direct prequels. It seems to be the first major release from this specific franchise or developer under that theme. Promotion has been handled in a modest indie style: through its Steam page as Early Access, highlighting its simulation/design/immersive elements, tapping into communities that enjoy creative design, event planning, or similar tools. As of the current state, the game has few or no user reviews, meaning reception is still very early. The fact that it is in Early Access means many players are waiting to see follow-up updates, but among those aware, there appears to be interest in the creative possibilities and potential of the project.
