The Tiny Living Stuff pack for The Sims 4 was developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts, released in 2020. It is a smaller stuff pack that requires the base game and was designed to support a compact, minimalist playstyle by adding items, lot options and clothing tailored for tiny-home living.

The DLC introduces a new residential lot type specifically for tiny homes, space-saving combo objects such as the Murphy bed that folds into sofas and multi-function furniture like combined stereo/TV/bookshelf units, plus slimline appliances and décor designed to maximise usable floor space. It also adds cozy CAS items—oversized sweaters, comfy pajamas and low-key outfits—so players can style Sims to match the compact-living aesthetic while using the new build/buy pieces to create efficient, characterful micro-dwellings.

Promotion for Tiny Living Stuff followed EA’s and Maxis’ usual channels, including the game’s store presence, social media announcements and short promotional showcases that highlighted the new tiny lot type, combo furniture and design possibilities. Community creators, build showcases and livestreams were used to demonstrate creative tiny-home builds, challenge runs and space-saving design techniques, with messaging aimed at players who enjoy design constraints and experimental lot-building.

Reception among players and creators was generally positive, with praise focused on the pack’s clever space-saving furniture, the fresh building challenge offered by the tiny lot type, and the cohesive aesthetic for cosy, minimal lifestyles. Criticisms were mainly about the pack’s scope being limited compared with larger DLCs and that the content is niche by design, but many players welcomed it as a focused, well-executed set of tools for compact, stylish builds.
