The Tower! Simulator 3 - KTUS Airport DLC was developed and published by FeelThere, and it was released on 15 January 2025 for the PC version of Tower! Simulator 3. The DLC is one of many airport add-ons that expand the base game’s repertoire of realistic air-traffic control scenarios.

In this expansion, the airport simulated is Tucson International Airport (ICAO: KTUS), located in Arizona, USA. The in-game version features two main asphalt runways — one long runway around 10,996 ft and a shorter secondary runway — along with three concourses: Concourse A with nine gates, Concourse B with eleven gates, and a separate Concourse C with one gate. The layout and infrastructure aim to replicate the real-world airport, giving players the chance to manage a desert-region airport with civil and military operations, varying aircraft types, and a manageable but realistic level of traffic.

When promoted by FeelThere, the KTUS DLC was described as a “desert-oasis” airport experience, highlighting Tucson’s unique environment — mountain surroundings, sunny weather, and a blend of civil and military air traffic. The marketing framed KTUS as a mid-sized American airport that offers a balance: not as hectic as mega-hubs, but offering authentic ATC operations, runway and taxiway coordination, and realistic ground and air traffic flows. This positioned KTUS as a solid option for players wanting a more modest, relaxed airport environment compared to the biggest international hubs.

At launch, KTUS had only two user reviews, reflecting a very small sample size and making it difficult to draw definitive conclusions about community reception. The limited feedback suggests that, while some players might appreciate the smaller-scale, regional-style airport and its less overwhelming traffic, the DLC hasn’t yet made a big impression or become widely discussed. Nonetheless, for players who prefer a mid-sized, manageable airport — especially one with a desert-region vibe and balanced traffic — KTUS remains a worthwhile addition to Tower! Simulator 3’s catalogue of airports.
