Bedford to Bletchley Route Disruption After Broken Rail Affects Marston Vale Line

Passengers travelling between Bletchley and Bedford are facing disruption after a broken rail was reported on the route.

Trains running between the two stations may be delayed by up to 10 minutes or revised while the issue continues.

Passengers are currently able to use their tickets at no extra cost on rail replacement transport between Ridgmont and Bedford in both directions until further notice.

Replacement vehicles may be busier than normal, so passengers are being advised to allow additional time for their journeys.

Disruption is currently expected to continue until 8pm.
