CCTV Appeal After Man Knocked Unconscious in Newbury Park Station Attack

Officers are appealing for help to identify a man following an assault at Newbury Park Underground station.

The incident took place at around 7.45pm on Sunday 22 March, when a man was walking through the station alongside another individual. Without warning, the victim was punched in the face, causing him to fall to the ground and lose consciousness. The suspect then fled the scene.

Detectives from the British Transport Police are now seeking to identify a man they believe may have information that could assist with their enquiries.

Anyone who recognises him or witnessed the incident is urged to get in touch with officers. Reports can be made by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 592 of 22 March.
