ScotRail adds extra trains for Celtic vs St Mirren Cup Final

ScotRail is preparing to support thousands of football fans travelling to Barclays Hampden this weekend for the Premier Sports Cup Final between Celtic and St Mirren.

Kick-off is scheduled for 3:30pm on Sunday, 14 December, and ScotRail will operate additional services with extra seating to help fans reach the stadium and return home afterwards. Extra trains will run between Glasgow Central and Mount Florida, providing convenient access to the ground.

Mount Florida station is just a five-minute walk from Hampden, and passengers are advised to travel early and allow sufficient time for entry. Queuing systems will be in place at Glasgow Central before the match and at Mount Florida after full-time to manage crowds. Additional ScotRail staff will be on hand at key locations to assist customers and ensure smooth, safe travel.
