Appeal to Identify Man Following Eastcote Underground Sexual Assault

British Transport Police have released images as part of an investigation into a sexual assault at Eastcote London Underground station.

The incident took place at around 6pm on Monday 12 January, when a woman was approached and sexually assaulted by a man on the platform. According to police, the man walked away but later returned, despite the woman repeatedly asking him to leave her alone.

Detectives say the individual shown in the images may have information that could assist with their enquiries and are appealing to the public for help in identifying him.

Anyone who recognises him is urged to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 552 of 12 January. Information can also be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
