CCTV Appeal After Brutal Platform Assault At King’s Cross

British Transport Police have released images of several men they are seeking to identify following an assault at King’s Cross Underground station.

The incident took place at around 6.30am on Sunday 11 January 2026 on the Victoria line platform. A man and a woman had just walked onto the platform when someone directed an insult at them.

Moments later, the man was attacked by a group who repeatedly punched and kicked him. He was left with multiple cuts to his face and had hair pulled from his head during the assault. The woman was also struck when she tried to intervene and shield him.

Officers believe the individuals shown in the images may have information that could assist with their enquiries and are urging anyone who recognises them to come forward.
