Image Released After Cyclist Injured In Retford Station Fight

British Transport Police have issued an image of a man they wish to identify following a violent altercation outside Retford railway station earlier this month.

The incident occurred shortly after 6pm on Saturday 7 February. A cyclist was passing the station when a man opened his car door, leading to a confrontation between the two. The disagreement escalated into a physical fight.

As a result of the incident, the cyclist sustained injuries to his collarbone and eye socket.

Detectives believe the man shown in the released image could hold information that may assist their enquiries and are urging the public to come forward if they recognise him.
