CCTV Appeal After Late-Night Incident Between Shettleston and Airdrie
British Transport Police have released CCTV images as part of an investigation into an incident on a late-night rail service in North Lanarkshire.
The matter relates to an event that occurred on board a train travelling between Shettleston and Airdrie stations between 11.30pm and 11.55pm on Monday 19 January.
Officers have described the man they wish to trace as white, of medium build and aged between 30 and 40. He had brown hair in a buzz cut style and spoke with what was described as a strong Glaswegian Scottish accent. At the time, he was wearing a black puffa jacket, black trousers and red trainers.
Investigators believe the individual captured in the CCTV images could have information that may assist with their enquiries and are urging anyone who recognises him to get in touch.
