Officers Seek Information Following Late-Night Assault at Bank Station

Officers are appealing for information as part of an investigation into a serious assault at Bank Underground station, releasing images of men they want to trace.

The incident happened shortly after midnight on 21 December 2025. Police say two men were making their way towards the station when they became involved in an altercation with another man who was walking in the opposite direction.

A short time later, the two men were chased into Bank Underground station by a group of men, which included the individual from the earlier encounter. Both victims were then attacked inside the station.

Police said the men suffered serious injuries during the assault. One of the victims remains in hospital after sustaining a fractured skull, having been pushed head-first into a staircase.

Following the attack, the group left the station and fled the area. Investigators believe the men shown in the released images may be able to assist with their enquiries.
