Police are urging members of the public to assist with an investigation into a violent disturbance at London Victoria railway station earlier this month.

The incident took place at around 11.20pm on Saturday 3 January inside the station, where a fight erupted between two groups of men on the balcony of the Wetherspoons pub. The disorder prompted an immediate response from officers.

Nine men were arrested at the scene on suspicion of affray, while a further man was detained on suspicion of common assault. All ten were later released from custody as enquiries into the circumstances of the incident continue.

Investigators are now appealing for witnesses, particularly anyone who may have seen the disorder unfold or recorded it on a mobile phone, to come forward and help establish what happened.

Anyone with information is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 600 of 3 January. Alternatively, information can be passed on anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
