Police Seek Public Help After Assault at East Croydon Station
Police investigating an assault at East Croydon railway station have released an image of a man they wish to speak to in connection with the incident.
The assault occurred just after midnight on Thursday 18 September 2025. Two men had a brief exchange on the station platform before one returned and shoved the other, causing him to fall backwards into a wall and sustain three broken ribs.
Officers say the man in the image may have information that could assist their investigation.
Anyone who recognises him is asked to contact British Transport Police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 18 of 18 September. People can also provide information anonymously via Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
