Public Appeal Launched After Govan Subway Station Incident

Detectives have issued an appeal to identify a man in connection with an incident at Govan Subway Station.

The incident took place at around 7.30pm on Friday 9 January, with officers from the British Transport Police now releasing two images of a man they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

He is described as white, approximately 55 years old, with short grey hair and black rounded glasses. At the time, he was wearing a green waterproof puffer jacket, dark trousers and trainers, along with a green beanie hat and a light brown scarf.

Officers are urging the man pictured, or anyone who recognises him, to come forward. Information can be passed to police by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2600003905.
